I might have just created a business.

You might remember last week's teaser….well….it’s official now. Rivet Automation is live! And guess what? A simple Facebook video ad already brought in our first lead.

A dozen folks tried out the AI voice agent, too…not because I'm diving headfirst into the voice business, but because it’s a cool demo that shows just how quickly we can automate real processes. My real focus? Helping business owners automate those time-draining tasks….quoting, follow-ups, invoicing, hiring…so they can focus on what they do best.

Sure, not everyone loves getting an unexpected SMS (I ran it my fair share of f@$k offs during my cold SMS campaign), but I’ve learned a ton from the responses. And next up, I’m pitching a webinar to our local credit union’s small business members to show them how AI isn’t some scary impersonal thing. In fact, it’s probably already helping them more than they realize (Google Maps!).

The big takeaway? Rivet Automation is here to turn all that AI experimenting into real, practical automation that makes life easier for local businesses. I truly believe that AI can make businesses more human by giving them more time to focus on their customers, employees and giving them more time with their families (instead of answering calls on nights and weekends!).
