I have some sauce to share….

How I’m increasing sales with an almost $0 investment, and 0 hours of my time.

One big challenge in the business we are buying is that they lose a lot of leads just because they’re only answering calls nine to four on weekdays. They’re basically throwing away potential customers.

So, here’s what I did:

I built an AI-powered voice and SMS agent that can pick up those leads 24/7…no human needed.

The fun part is I started testing this whole concept in a totally adjacent industry, orthodontics, since the same homeowners who’d buy a $2,500 shower door might also be the same folks investing in braces for their kids.

I built a website that can outrank other orthodontists, and then I built a AI agent to handle calls and texts.

It wasn’t all smooth sailing…getting a local number approved for SMS took some trial and error (and likely why there is no off-the-shelf solution), but in the end, I created a system where an AI “employee” can respond to leads anytime.

Now I’m testing if SMS is actually a more effective way to catch those potential customers.

So that’s the sausce…I’ve basically got a zero-dollar virtual team member working all day and night, and this might even turn into a product for other small businesses.
